    6. 2 Current Bills(electricity, phone, car rego etc.)
    7. Current rental ledger (if renting through an agent) OR Rent receipts (if renting privately)
    Important: Current & Previous landlord references & rent receipts/ ledger must also be provided.
    Non-returnable copies must be attached to your application prior to the application being submitted to the Landlord.
    All properties are to be inspected before application can be processed.

    I/We acknowledge that neither YourPorter nor the Agent accept any responsibility for any delay in or failure to arrange or provide for any connection of a service or for any loss, damage, cost or expense in connection with such delay or failure. By signing this application, I/We understand YourPorter is a value add product and that I/We are under no obligation to use YourPorter.
  • PRIVACY DISCLOSURE STATEMENT / TICA REFERENCE
    We are an independently owned and operated business. We are bound by the National Privacy Principles. We collect personal information about you in this form to assess your application for a residential tenancy. We may need to collect information about you from your previous landlords or letting agents, your current employer and your referees. Your consent to us collecting this information is set out below.

    We may disclose personal information about you to the owner of the property to which this application relates. If this application is successful we may disclose your details to service providers and tradesmen relevant to the tenancy relationship, including maintenance contractors and the landlord’s insurers. We may also send personal information about you to the owners of any other properties at your request. You have the right to access personal information that we hold about you by contacting your Property Manager.

    If you do not complete this form or do not sign the consent below, then your application for a residential tenancy may not be considered by the owner on the property or, if considered, may be rejected. Should this application not be accepted, the agent is not required or obligated to disclose why or supply any reason for the rejection of this application.
  • PRIVACY CONSENT
    I the applicant/s, acknowledge that I/we have read and understand the Privacy Disclosure Statement and Collection Notice of Gordon Agencies. I authorised Gordon Agencies to collect information about me from: My previous letting Agents and/or Lessors: My personal referees, employers and all other references on this application.
    I authorise Gordon Agencies to disclose details about any defaults by me under the tenancy to which this application relates to. I authorise Gordon Agencies to refer my name and contact details to arrange, or service provider including Tradespeople ( to attend to work required at this property), Salespeople (primary and secondary Agents), Valuers, the Lessor, other agents, database operators, other Property Managers, body corporate officers, insurance companies, financial services and to authorities as required by law. I agree to be contacted by electronic and or SMS methods.
    I, the applicant/s, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the above information in my application is true and correct and that I/we have supplied the above information of our own free will. I/we confirm that during my inspection on the property I/we found it to be in a satisfactory condition.

    I also acknowledge that the agent in question cannot confirm that any phone lines to the property are operable or able to be connected. I/we understand that it is my responsibility to check with the telephone provider before proceeding with the tenancy to confirm the situation with the phone line.

    Ensure the main switch is in the off position for power connection remains the responsibility of the tenant.
